Desert Valley Hospital in Victorville, CA is looking for a Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician to join our multi-specialty medical group.

• Be employed by Desert Valley Medical Group, a multi-specialty group affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital.
• Provide Pulmonary and Critical Care services.
• Work a mix of Inpatient and Outpatient duties – 50% Pulmonary and 50% Critical Care.
• Work Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM, with at least 1-2 weekends a month.
• Opportunity to collaborate with Internal Medicine Residency, US and Foreign Medical Students.
• Manage an open ICU with 18 beds.
• Inpatient patient volume: 15-20 patients daily;
  Outpatient: 12-15 patients daily.
• Starting salary of $350,000 (negotiable), with productivity bonuses based on collections.
• Additional benefits include Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Reimbursement.
