Job Title: Academic Primary Care Physician - Full-Time
Location: Desert Valley Medical Center, Victorville, CA

Position Overview: Desert Valley Medical Center, a respected healthcare institution in the High Desert region, is seeking a dedicated Academic Primary Care Physician to join our team full-time. This unique position combines clinical practice with academic responsibilities, offering a rewarding opportunity to contribute to both patient care and the education of the next generation of healthcare providers.

• Will be employed by Desert Valley Medical Group, a multi‑specialty group affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital.
• Currently, there are 21+ Primary Care Providers in the group.
• Primary Care (BC or BE - Internal Medicine and Family Medicine)
• Academic Opportunity – will support local Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Residency Programs.
• Work Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM) + 1 weekend a month.
• Starting salary is $250,000 (Negotiable).
• Base Salary + Productivity Bonus.
• Sign on bonus and Relocation allowance will also be given.
• Position in Victorville, CA ~45 minutes from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
• Supports J‑1 visa waiver sponsorship.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is between $250,000.

The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, considering factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
