A leading healthcare provider in Victorville is seeking a skilled and compassionate OB-GYN Physician to join its team in a full-time, day shift role. Responsibilities The OB-GYN Physician will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including preventive health services, routine exams, high-risk pregnancy management, and surgical procedures as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive OB-GYN care to patients of all ages Manage both routine and high-risk pregnancies Perform gynecological surgeries and procedures Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain accurate and thorough medical records Provide patient education and counseling Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Valid California medical license (or eligible) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to high-quality patient care Pay Transparency Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package are offered, providing flexibility to tailor benefits to individual needs.

Compensation Estimate: $550,000 for Full Time The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of hire and will consider factors such as skillset, years of experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
