• Meet all state requirements to practice in the dialysis setting.
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in clinical practice.
• Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs.
• Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days.
