- Current California OT license
- Minimum 1 year of experience with elderly or frail populations (clinical placement may substitute)
- Current CPR certification and up-to-date immunizations
- Valid California driver’s license with clean record

Job OverviewWe’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our PACE interdisciplinary care team. In this role, you will deliver personalized occupational therapy services to frail and elderly participants, promoting functional skills, safety, and independence. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing care plans, training staff and families, evaluating durable medical equipment needs, and providing treatments both on-site and in participant homes.
