Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Epic is seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. This role will support our ongoing growth and help expand our services into new markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, and healthcare law.

You’ll assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Additionally, you’ll forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad. Your level of responsibility will match your skill set and will increase rapidly as you expand your knowledge of our exciting and rapidly changing industry.

• Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills
• Strong academic and professional background
• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus
