Industrial Welder II​/III in Victorville

We're looking for experienced Industrial Welders (Level II & III) to join a growing manufacturing team. If you take pride in quality work, work safely, and want a long-term opportunity to grow your welding career, we'd like to hear from you.

• Perform welding on steel and metal components
• Use MIG, Flux-Core, and Stick welding processes
• Read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Grind, fit, and prepare materials for welding
• Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and strength
• Safely operate welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety, PPE, and quality requirements
• Work closely with supervisors, inspectors, and production teams

• Produces quality welds with minimal supervision
• Reads drawings and completes work independently
• Consistently meets production and quality expectations

• Performs advanced and complex welds
• Strong blueprint interpretation skills
• May assist with setup, troubleshooting, or mentoring less experienced welders

Level placement is based on experience, weld testing, and demonstrated skill.

• Previous welding experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environments
• Ability to pass a weld test
• Knowledge of welding equipment, techniques, and safety practices
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ lbs.
• Comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
• Team-oriented with a strong commitment to safety
