• Call Commitment:
  Minimum of 14 days/month of 24-hour call coverage
• Primary Responsibilities:
  • First assist in surgical procedures across multiple specialties
  • Perform patient consultations and evaluations
  • Manage pre-operative and post-operative care

  Work closely with attending physicians, OR staff, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Growth Opportunity:
  Gain hands-on experience in a busy community hospital with a variety of cases.

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• NCCPA Certification required
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of California
• Prior surgical first-assist experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $75-$90
. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
