• Prepare the party area by setting up tables, decorations, and equipment.
• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure guests have a positive experience.
• Assist in coordinating party activities and ensure the birthday child has a memorable celebration.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality throughout the shift.

• Be at least 15 years of age.
• Available to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and friendly personality.
• Capacity to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift.
• Must handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co‑workers.
• Work environment includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises.
