• Manage episodic and chronic conditions for patients ages 2+ as the sole advanced practice provider for walk‑ins and same‑day appointments.
• Perform minor office procedures: laceration repair, incision and drainage, toenail removal, orthopedic splinting.
• Conduct physicals: sports, DOT, pre‑employment, annual.
• Evaluate workers’ compensation injuries.

• 2+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (preferred).
• Master’s degree (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) and appropriate state license required.
• ABMS Board certification in internal medicine or family practice (preferred).
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations: OSHA, HIPAA, blood‑borne pathogens.
• Understanding of medical coding and billing.
• Detail‑oriented and confident in medical best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with every patient interaction.
• Competent with common PC applications and EMR systems.
• Experience with occupational health practices: DOT qualification, drug testing protocols, employment physicals, OSHA guidelines.
