Eastman Health and Rehab is searching for motivated, compassionate individuals to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to provide residents with routine daily nursing care delivered in a compassionate attitude and in accordance with established nursing care procedures and philosophies as may be directed by your supervisors.

• Provide bedside nursing care.
• Prepare and administer injections, enemas, and medications in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters, wound care.
• Ensure resident charts are current and record significant conditions and reactions.
• Take vital signs and assess resident condition.
• Communicate changes to physicians, family, and care team.
• Modify residents’ care plans and flow sheets as needed.

• Current and unencumbered Georgia Registered Nurse License (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Must have current BLS CPR card.
