Job Summary

The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute “start to finish” tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include maintaining attendance, completing planograms and resets, ensuring visual standards, performing store layout initiatives, inventory counts, price changes, signage hanging, merchandise assembly, recovery, and delivering excellent customer service through GURA:
Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend, and Add Value. High Volume FAST Team Members may perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications include prior retail or merchandising experience, with knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred. Must be 18 or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Preferred skills include strong communication, problem-solving, basic computer skills, interpersonal skills, and self-direction.

Working conditions are generally indoor with moderate noise, with shifts typically no less than 4 hours and may exceed 8 hours. Physical requirements include moving and lifting merchandise up to 50 pounds, operating equipment, and working throughout the store and outdoor areas safely.
