• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where duties are performed; compact licenses transferred within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component);
  Aveanna will assist with this if necessary.
• Recent TB skin test (within the last 12 months).
• Preferred 6 months of hands‑on nursing experience, but not required.
• Reliable personal transportation.
