Position: Office Manager / Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Office Manager/Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our office and ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional work environment. This role is responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, coordinating office activities, and serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This position is Full-Time (onsite) in our Tysons Corner office.

The key responsibilities in this role include:
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage schedules, calendars, and meeting coordination for executives and staff.
  • Handle incoming correspondence (emails, phone calls, mail) and respond or redirect as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, both digital and physical.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and expense reports.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating training.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management.
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors, service providers, and clients.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense monitoring.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and team activities
Qualifications and skills:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrator, or similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic, international, fast paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • International background is a plus
  • College education or equivalent is preferred.
