We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Office Manager/Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our office and ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional work environment. This role is responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, coordinating office activities, and serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This position is Full-Time (onsite) in our Tysons Corner office.

- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage schedules, calendars, and meeting coordination for executives and staff.
- Handle incoming correspondence (emails, phone calls, mail) and respond or redirect as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, both digital and physical.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and expense reports.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating training.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management.
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors, service providers, and clients.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense monitoring.
- Organize company events, meetings, and team activities
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrator, or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic, international, fast paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- International background is a plus
- College education or equivalent is preferred.
