We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Receptionist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys handling a variety of administrative tasks, and has strong customer service experience
.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, families, and vendors via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Manage a high volume of administrative tasks, including data entry, schedule tracking, and record-keeping.
- Answer and route calls efficiently, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Maintain and update client and caregiver files accurately.
- Assist with onboarding new caregivers and coordinating schedules.
- Support the office team with daily operations, including correspondence, filing, and reporting.
- Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in healthcare or home care.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
