• Greet customers and assess vehicle concerns and service needs.
• Write repair orders and prepare accurate estimates for parts and labor.
• Verify warranty coverage and process approvals.
• Communicate repair timelines, costs, and recommendations clearly.
• Maintain customer relationships and service records.

• Enter repair orders into Dealer Track DMS
• Coordinate towing and transportation when needed

• Dealer Track experience preferred but not required
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
