Early Childhood Toddler Teacher – Bright Horizons

This full‑time position is available for a toddler classroom and includes a $1,000 hiring incentive payable after 100 days of employment.
Responsibilities- Create hands‑on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
- Maintain open communication with parents, sharing the child’s daily milestones.
- Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.
- Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
- Preferred: 1 year of professional experience teaching in childcare, daycare, or preschool settings.
- Preferred: CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in early education or related field.
- Required:
Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children.
Compliance with all applicable immunizations, employment physical/screening, and health and safety training is required. The role is in‑person at an early education/preschool childcare center, providing supervision, care, curriculum delivery, and services per Bright Horizons policies and applicable laws.
CompensationHourly rate: $20.75 – $25.35 per hour, depending on experience, education, and other factors.
