Job Requirements Must have full-time availability and be open to taking call. An active VA medical license and DEA are essential to join this vibrant healthcare team. Clean malpractice history - only candidates with a clean record will be considered. Certification Requirements ACLS Board Certified PALS License Requirements Virginia Facility Description Operating rooms include 4 OR's, 2 GI, and a Cath lab.
Annual surgical volume comprises 4,600 cases.
Job Description CRNAs needed in VIENNA, VA, for a variety of cases, including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Health pediatrics, Gynecology/Obstetrics, Podiatry, Urology, and back surgery. No craniotomy or open-heart procedures. Full-time availability is required. The site is set to terminate on 5/18/2024. Express temps are offered to providers with an active VA license and DEA, along with a clean professional record and file.
Presentation Requirements For presentations, the following are required for your provider to be considered:
Attached CV in MM/YY format with contact information. Envision Pre-Application (EPA) and EPANPDB submitted with CV. Board Certification(s) and Certifications. Procedures (For IPS providers), availability to start, and willingness to work day/night/weekends. Active state license status and DEA(s) & their status. Detailed explanation of any malpractice/disciplinary history. Call interview availability for the next 10 business days. Additional Considerations Airfare, lodging, and rental details to be discussed.
Affirmation of willingness to obtain a state-specific DEA for this assignment. Agreement not to change the DEA address during the duration of the candidate's time privileged with the facility through EVPS.
