Benefits Manager

, as our Benefits Manager
. In this role, you’ll shape and execute NVR’s benefits strategy, ensuring competitive programs that support our employees and align with business goals.

• Design, implement, and manage company-wide benefits programs.
• Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Lead annual open enrollment and benefits communications.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, etc.).
• Provide guidance to leaders and HR partners on benefits strategy.
• Manage regulatory filings and reporting.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements.
• Lead and develop a team of HR Associates, overseeing HR operations (onboarding, terminations, relocations, ADA accommodations).

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in benefits design and administration.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and self-insured plans (preferred).
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
