Job Description / Responsibilities
- The Senior Business Analyst cum Scrum master will oversee and manage complex projects within the Accounts Payable domain, ensuring successful delivery through effective project tracking, time management, and quality management.
- This role requires a deep understanding of project scope management and stakeholder engagement, utilizing Agile PLM and Scrum methodologies.
- The candidate will work in a hybrid model with a focus on day shifts, contributing to the company’s strategic goals.
- Lead project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes within the Accounts Payable domain, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Oversee project tracking and time management to ensure timely completion of all project phases.
- Implement project quality management practices to maintain high standards and meet client expectations.
- Manage project scope effectively to prevent scope creep and ensure project deliverables are met.
- Facilitate Scrum meetings and Agile practices to enhance team collaboration and productivity.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project components.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Utilize Agile PLM tools to streamline project processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management.
- Identify and resolve project issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in project tracking, time management, and quality management within the Accounts Payable domain.
- Demonstrate proficiency in project scope management and stakeholder engagement.
- Have a strong background in Scrum and Agile PLM methodologies.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage diverse project teams.
- Show a proven track record of successful project budgeting and financial management.
- Hold a Bachelors degree in a relevant field, with a preference for candidates with a Masters degree.
