• Required Skills:
  
  Expert in IBM BPM technology
• Must have at least 3-4 years of hands on experience developing BPM applications using IBM BPM
• Has delivered large complex projects by using IBM Business Process Designer & integrations using IID/AIS
• Has developed automation of non-human tasks using BPEL
• Has knowledge of SOA, Data Power, ODMS, Content Management Systems, Databases (DB2)
• Should bring samples of his past work if possible. Be able to provide references
