- Navy Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Description RiVidium Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a federal customer in leading and managing a complex contract that spans multiple technical and operational areas. The Program Manager will oversee initiatives in Network Information Management, Computer and Local Area Network (LAN) Administration, Cyber Security, System Assessment and Authorization (A&A),

Functional Area

Needs Analysis/Research, Technical Documentation, and Technical Helpdesk Support. This role requires strong leadership, proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams, and the ability to ensure high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced federal environment. The Program Manager will be responsible for contract performance, customer engagement, schedule, cost control, and overall program execution. Responsibilities
* Provide oversight of both the technical and administrative aspects of contract performance.
* Ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and quality of all contract deliverables and data submissions.
* Monitor and manage the contract schedule, cost, staffing, and resource allocation.
* Lead a team of skilled technical, professional, and support personnel across various IT and cybersecurity functions.
* Coordinate with government stakeholders to ensure mission needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
* Develop and implement project plans, performance metrics, and reporting structures.
* Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with federal standards and contract requirements.
* Support the evaluation, testing, and training related to Navy network systems.
* Promote continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and overall program excellence.

Minimum Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in Contract Management or Program Management.
* Active DoD Secret clearance.
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
* Proven experience managing teams of professional and technical personnel involved in Navy network system design, development, testing, evaluation, or training.
* Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with customers and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
* Strong ability to plan, design, coordinate, and control project work to meet sponsor objectives.
* Experience managing diverse technical teams with multiple skill sets.

Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree from an accredited institution.
* 7+ years of experience in program management or contract management supporting federal programs.

Required Training / Certifications
