AI Data Analyst

We’re seeking an AI Data Analyst to support Dynamo’s internal AI initiatives by finding, shaping, and analyzing data that powers machine learning and automation efforts. This role focuses on improving the quality, accessibility, and insight value of Dynamo’s data assets to accelerate internal efficiency and innovation.

• Identify, source, and organize relevant datasets to support internal AI and analytics initiatives.
• Clean, structure, and validate data for use in AI/ML model development and evaluation.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to detect trends, anomalies, and correlations across internal systems.
• Build dashboards, visualizations, and reports to share insights with leadership and project teams.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business process owners to define data requirements and ensure readiness for model integration.
• Evaluate data quality, completeness, and relevance while adhering to company data governance, privacy, and ethical AI standards.
• Monitor data performance and assist in measuring the impact of implemented AI solutions on business outcomes.

• Working knowledge of SQL and Python (Pandas/Num Py) for data preparation and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with enterprise data collection methods, APIs, and data integration.
• U.S. citizenship required.

• Exposure to AI or machine learning projects, particularly data validation or feature extraction.
• Experience with cloud platforms and data services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of data governance, privacy policy, and ethical AI considerations.
• Interest in applying analytics to internal operations and business performance optimization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytical project support.
