We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to gather and translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions. The role involves configuring Salesforce features, collaborating with technical teams, supporting data migration, and delivering user training. Candidates should have 4–6 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud, and excellent analytical and communication skills. Salesforce certifications and Agile experience are advantageous

• Gather, document, and analyse business requirements from stakeholders across different departments.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and Salesforce solutions.
• Design and configure Salesforce features such as custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators to implement solutions and enhancements.
• Conduct user training sessions and create training materials as needed.
• Perform data analysis and data migration activities.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Salesforce applications.
  
  Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
  
  Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains using Salesforce capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience working as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proven ability to gather and analyze complex business requirements.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization (e.g., workflows, process builder, validation rules).
• Familiarity with data management and integration concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.
