Micro Health is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst with a Secret Clearance to work with a collaborative team of skilled system engineers and IT support staff to support our client.
This is a Hybrid position.
Secret Clearance is a MUST
Responsibilities and requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in technology, information security or cyber security related field
- Active Secret Clearance
- Minimum 5 of years of experience in Cyber Security, including at least 1 year of McAfee HBSS/ePO administration
- Either hold a current DoDI 8570 IAT Level II Certification (Security+, for example) or obtain certification within 6 months of hire
- Understanding of the DoD RMF process, specifically as it pertains to securing and accrediting boundaries within a DoD enclave
- Familiarity with using security tools such as SCC/SCAP and ACAS in order to identify and address mitigation of security findings
- Knowledge and experience in working with the McAfee Host Intrusion Prevention System, McAfee Data Loss Prevention Endpoint, and/or McAfee product policy tuning
- Solid understanding of Microsoft operating systems and networking
- Support ISSE, ISSO, ISSM, PM and PMO staff to maintain the security posture and compliance of multiple similar DoD test and development enclaves
- Create, update, and maintain system and security policy, procedures, guides, baselines and system descriptions in support of the ISSO and ISSM
Skills:
- HBSS specific training (e.g. DISA HBSS 201 Admin ePO
5.x and DISA HBSS 301 Advanced ePO
5.x) - ACAS specific training
- Operating System training and/or certification such as Microsoft or Red Hat
- User level experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux shell
- eMASS training and experience with RMF
- Perform assigned duties in change management, incident response, contingency plans, and vulnerability mitigation and management
- Primary administrator of McAfee HBSS / ePO systems
- DISA ACAS Administrator and Analyst
- Splunk systems administrator and analyst
- Work closely with team members on problem solving, process improvement, risk management, and IT strategy development and implementation
- Daily interaction with IT team via phone, email, IM, SharePoint, MS Teams, and face-to-face
$120,000-$130,000
