Overview:
Syneren Technologies is seeking a versatile technical leader to manage a cloud migration and modernization project transitioning legacy systems to AWS Gov Cloud. This hybrid role blends project management, Agile facilitation, technical oversight, and business analysis.
- Lead Agile project lifecycle and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
- Manage JIRA roadmaps, sprint goals, and backlog
- Oversee AWS Gov Cloud migration and FISMA HIGH compliance
- Support ATO documentation and go-live planning
- Collaborate with engineers on Dev Sec Ops and CI/CD practices
- Analyze business requirements and support UAT
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- 5+ years in project management, technical leadership, or business analysis
- Experience with AWS Gov Cloud, Agile tools, and compliance frameworks
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification
- Experience in government or regulated environments
- Familiarity with RMF, NIST, FedRAMP, CI/CD, and containerization
- Standard office environment
- May require extended hours during deadlines
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs and move throughout the office
- Prolonged desk/computer work
- Occasional movement across office space
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
