Job Title: Technical Product Analyst

This role focuses on analyzing, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements for identity and access management (IAM) solutions. The analyst collaborates with stakeholders, engineers, and vendors to deliver secure, compliant IAM programs, drive risk reduction, and support continuous improvement.

• Requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis using use cases, workshops, business process modeling, and diagramming.
• Manage and maintain IAM exceptions/issues, submit risk assessments, and collaborate with engineers to implement solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement efficient IAM solutions to streamline access management and reduce administrative overhead.
• Assist with Agile/SAFe processes, ensuring quarterly IAM objectives are met as part of the overall Mission Padlock program.
• Generate weekly/monthly/quarterly IAM metrics and reporting.
• Identify risks/issues and collaborate with project/product teams to mitigate.
• Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders via various communication channels.
• Manage multiple priorities independently in a team environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent training/experience.
• 8+ years of experience as an IAM Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Product Development Analyst, or related role.
• Experience applying SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, or other agile delivery frameworks to deliver new products and capabilities.
• Knowledge of software/system engineering best practices.
• Advanced skill in Microsoft Office application suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops, Azure, or other IT industry certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe Agilist, Azure Dev Ops, Dev Ops).
• Experience with Financial Services industry applications, systems, standards, practices, and trends.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, planning, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Capture detailed stakeholder use cases, system requirements, and process flows specific to IAM components.
• Map, report, and diagram IAM process flows, provisioning, authentication (SAML, OAuth2/OIDC), self‑service, and integrations.
• Blueprint architecture overview, data flows, attribute mappings, authentication protocols, and system interfaces.
• Write operational runbooks and deployment guides for maintaining the IAM environment.
