Job Title: Service Now SPM Developer

Location(s): Vienna, VA (Remote)

We are seeking a senior-level Service Now Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Performance Analytics (PA) SME to support a large-scale Phase II SPM initiative, with a strong emphasis on Demand Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, SPW, and Capacity Management
. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep Service Now platform expertise and the ability to partner closely with business and technology stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will bring both hands-on configuration expertise and consultative SPM process leadership
, helping the organization assess its current state, define future-state goals, identify dependencies, and develop a pragmatic SPM roadmap.

• Serve as the Service Now SPM and PA/Reporting subject matter expert for a large enterprise initiative.
• Lead and support Strategic Portfolio Management Phase II
  , including SPW and Capacity Management.
• Partner with stakeholders to:
  • Understand current SPM maturity and operating model.
  • Define goals, priorities, and dependencies.
  • Build and evolve the organization's SPM roadmap.
• Design and configure Service Now dashboards, reports, and performance analytics to support executive decision-making.
• Configure and enhance Service Now platform capabilities, including:
  • Workflows.
  • Integration Hub.
  • Portals and dashboards.
• Act as a trusted advisor on SPM processes, governance, and best practices
  .
• Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics; apply strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
  .
• Support substantial client interaction and executive-level discussions.

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Strategic Portfolio Management
  , including Demand Management and Capacity Management.
• 4+ years of experience designing and configuring solutions on the Service Now platform
  .
• Strong expertise in:
  • Service Now Performance Analytics (PA).
  • Reporting and dashboards.
  • Workflow configuration.
• Proven ability to operate as a strategic thinker and process specialist
  , not just a technical configurator.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated client-facing experience.
• Strong soft skills, including stakeholder management and conflict resolution.

• Direct experience with the Service Now SPM module
  .
• Prior involvement in large, enterprise‑scale Service Now or SPM transformation initiatives.

• Must be a legal resident of the United States mainland
