Scrum Master – Koniag Government Services
We are seeking a Scrum Master with a TS/SCI security clearance to support Kadiak and our government customer in Vienna, VA. Competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package are offered.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties- Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Standups and Retrospectives.
- Facilitate discussions between the Product Owners, scrum teams, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and remove blockers to team success while resolving conflict.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to keep abreast of task updates and issue resolutions.
- Track JIRA ticket statuses, upcoming release candidates.
- Guide teams in Agile methodology processes.
- Track and report team metrics and velocity.
- Effectively communicate relevant project information to team members and stakeholders.
- Shall have three years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master.
- Must be able to demonstrate working in an operational environment where priorities change frequently.
- Must be able to demonstrate expertise in identifying and resolving blockers, organizing sprint releases and superior organizational skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence and MS Office tools.
- TS/SCI security clearance required.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
