The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will own the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross‑functional technical initiatives. This role serves as the critical connector between business objectives and technical implementation, ensuring that project goals remain aligned with organizational strategy.
The TPM will manage full project life cycles, oversee risk and dependency management, and provide clear, structured communication to leadership, engineering, and business teams. Success in this role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to drive accountability across diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, manage, and track comprehensive project plans, milestones, and deliverables
- Identify and proactively mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration between engineering, product, and business stakeholders
- Ensure project alignment with organizational strategy and business objectives
- Provide executive‑level communication and status reporting
- Promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams
- Drive delivery using Agile methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving mindset; comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Ability to build consensus and influence without authority
- Adaptability in fast‑paced, high‑visibility environments
