Position Title: IT Analyst

Location: Tysons, VA (Hybrid)

Position Status: Contract to Hire

Pay Rate: $40 - $45 per hour

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Analyst to support enterprise mobility operations and ensure secure, efficient management of mobile devices across the organization. In this role, you will oversee the complete mobile device lifecycle, ensure compliance with corporate security standards, and provide expert-level support across tools such as Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Apple Configurator.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining a stable and secure mobile environment, supporting key business initiatives, and delivering high-quality, customer-focused assistance—including direct support for executive leadership. Ideal candidates excel in mobile device management (MDM), security compliance, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Configure, enroll, and manage mobile devices via Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Apple Configurator.
• Support declarative device management and coordinate iOS update pilots.
• Release purchased devices from Apple Business Manager to maintain compliance and inventory accuracy.

• Monitor non‑compliant devices in Intune and remediate issues in alignment with corporate security policies.
• Conduct security audits, IMEI verification, and risk assessments for mobile assets.
• Manage lost/stolen device processes and ensure complete, accurate documentation.

• Provide high‑level, responsive, and professional mobility support to executive leadership.
• Ensure executive devices are configured securely, optimized for performance, and fully operational at all times.

• Support enterprise‑wide mobility upgrade initiatives, including device shipments, ownership tracking, and pilot coordination.
• Contribute to mobility‑related projects, enhancements, and process improvements.

• Review and route Service Now catalog requests and incident tickets for mobile services.
• Create monthly and quarterly compliance, inventory, and performance reports.

• Offer guidance on mobile security tools, MFA setup/activation, and secure device usage practices.
• Stay current on Intune and Apple mobility updates; assist with training team members on new tools or processes.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Apple Configurator.
• Experience with compliance audits, mobile security assessments, and enterprise mobility management.
• Familiarity with Service Now for ticket routing, catalog items, and asset tracking.
• Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem‑solving skills for iOS and mobile platforms.
• Ability to coordinate multiple mobility projects and work collaboratively across teams.
• Strong communication skills with a commitment to exceptional customer service, especially for executive‑level support.

• Certifications preferred but not required:
  Microsoft Mobility & Security, Apple Device Management or ACMT.
• Experience supporting executive leadership in a corporate environment.
• Understanding of mobile security best practices and enterprise compliance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• Familiarity with mobile app deployment, VPN solutions such as Global Protect, and advanced iOS troubleshooting.
