As a Senior Pega Consultant, you will design, develop and deliver Pega applications using Agile project methodology to satisfy client requirements. As a key team member, you will contribute expertise in a professional and collaborative work environment. In addition, you will mentor and grow junior consultants across the team, leading by example, improving their skills, and insisting on operational excellence.

• Lead client meetings that support Agile methodology development
• Analyze and understand client business objectives and requirements
• Design client solutions utilizing the Pega Platform within specified time frames
• Troubleshoot, debug and demo applications
• Gather and evaluate client feedback
• Recommend and execute improvements
• Manage and collaborate with development team members throughout sprint life cycle

• Bachelor's degree: engineering and technical backgrounds are a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of software development experience utilizing the Pega Platform
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (SSA);
  Lead System Architect (LSA) is a plus
• Ability to program in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, or other programming languages
• Agile/Scrum development methodology knowledge/experience
• Demonstrable consulting skillsets, including requirements gathering and analysis
• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid‑19 or have an exemption by the start date
