Summary The Senior Solution Architect (Cybersecurity and Information Assurance) bridges business development and technical delivery, ensuring that RiVidium proposes winning, executable solutions.

In this role, you will design end-to-end security centric architectures and technical approaches, lead proposal technical volumes, support orals presentations, and serve as a trusted cybersecurity and IT solutions technical advisor to federal customers. This position requires deep technical expertise in Cyber & IT (Zero Trust, Cloud Security, Security Engineering & Federal Compliance) Human Capital, or Intelligence solutions, along with the ability and skillsets to translate complex architectures into compelling, customer-focused narratives.

Highly technical professionals from the commercial technology sector are encouraged to apply. Government contracting experience is preferred for PhDs or senior technologists with strong industry backgrounds-we will teach you the federal proposal and acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities
* Design technical solutions aligned with customer requirements, mission needs, and acquisition constraints
* Identify unique and defensible solutions that improve the {Pwin} (Probability of Winning), while still remaining viable solutions for Ri Vidium  
* Develop innovative, differentiated approaches that position RiVidium to win
* Integrate cybersecurity best practices, including RMF, Zero Trust principles, and defense-in-depth into solution architectures and technical approaches
* Serve as a Cyber Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) for customer meetings and through all Prime/Sub contracts and in relation to Vendor/Tool Integration Planning activities
* Lead technical volume writing, reviews, and solution alignment for proposals, ensuring cybersecurity requirements and compliance considerations are clearly articulated
* Prepare and deliver technical orals presentations and executive briefings
* Estimate level of effort and support pricing inputs in collaboration with BD and finance
* Participate in capture planning, solution shaping, and win strategy sessions, providing cybersecurity insight to strengthen technical discriminators
* Serve as a technical subject matter expert in customer and partner meetings
* Guide and mentor Technical Contributor staff members in developing Solutions, Compliance Mapping, and delivering presentations
* Coach and mentor team members on solution development, cybersecurity integration, and effective technical presentations
* Stay current on emerging technologies, including AI/ML applications, Zero Trust architectures, Cloud Native Security, Dev Sec Ops , Supply Chain Risk, AI Security and evolving federal cybersecurity standards for federal use cases

Required Qualifications
* 8+ years in Cybersecurity, Information Security, IT, engineering, or technical delivery roles
* 3+ years in solution architecture, cybersecurity architecture, technical leadership, technical pre-sales related to complex environments
* Gov Con experience preferred
* Proven track record designing solutions that win (proposals, enterprise sales, or product launches)
* Deep expertise in one or more of the following domains:
