Program Manager

Overview

Mayvin is seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) to lead a large Task Order supporting Administrative Services for an agency within the U.S. Government Intelligence Community. This high-visibility program provides enterprise-level professional and management support across the organization, including executive and mission support, legal and legislative research, human resources operations, and security management. The PM will serve as the single point of contact to the Government, ensuring successful contract execution, quality delivery, and mission alignment.

Clearance Required
TS with SCI eligibility and CI Polygraph.

This position is contingent upon award.

• Provide overall program management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership across all task areas (program management, executive support, HR, legal, and security).
• Serve as the primary interface with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and government stakeholders.
• Lead the contract transition-in period, achieving Initial Operating Capability and Full Operating Capability within 90 days.
• Ensure staffing consistency and maintain workforce stability across all task areas.
• Oversee quality assurance, risk management, financial management, reporting, and compliance with contract requirements.
• Manage communications, performance reporting, and issue resolution with the government.
• Coordinate across corporate teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Ensure compliance with labor category requirements, task order instructions, and government client standards.
