Position Description

We are seeking a strategic and highly skilled Communications Strategist to support enterprise-level internal communications and executive messaging initiatives. This role focuses on developing clear, compelling, and cohesive communication strategies that reflect leadership priorities, organizational values, and employee engagement efforts.

The ideal candidate is an experienced communications professional with strong executive communications, storytelling, change management, and campaign development expertise. You will partner closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to deliver high-quality content across multiple channels, ensuring consistency in voice, brand, and messaging while tailoring communications to specific audiences and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for high-visibility initiatives, programs, and campaigns

  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to plan, write, edit, and deliver executive-level communications

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Skills / Education
  • 3–5 years of experience developing and executing internal or corporate communication strategies and campaigns

  • Proven experience working directly with senior or executive leadership

  • Strong knowledge of change management principles and communications best practices

  • Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills across digital and print channels

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills

  • Advanced interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with word processing, presentation, spreadsheet, and project management tools

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • Experience serving as a speechwriter or executive communications advisor

  • Background supporting large, complex organizations or regulated environments

  • Strong research, analytics, and data-informed decision-making skills
