Position:Sales Representative
The Sales Representative assists the General Manager in driving new membership sales by engaging potential members, providing excellent service, and guiding them through the sales process. This role also involves supporting current members and maintaining high customer service standards. While knowledge of boutique fitness is preferred, it is not required.
Responsibilities:- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Welcoming and engaging personality.
- Ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on sales targets.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to learn and operate Club Ready software.
- Excellent communication skills in person, via phone, and email.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
