As the first point of contact in our showrooms and the final touchpoint at vehicle delivery, they serve as true brand ambassadors, bringing our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy to life.
This part‑time temporary position guides customers through every step of the Tesla journey—from the moment they step into a showroom to the exciting day they take delivery of their vehicle. Your role ensures the buying and receiving experience is as groundbreaking as our products.
What You’ll Do- Engage walk‑in guests promptly and make them feel welcome.
- Have meaningful conversations to understand the guest’s background, interests, and purchase timeline, building a personalized customer profile.
- Inspire and educate guests by answering questions and customizing product experiences, including demo drives and Full Self‑Driving demonstrations aligned with their interests.
- Conduct engaging delivery orientations, highlighting key features and benefits to ensure new owners feel confident and excited about their vehicle.
- Support the sales pipeline by capturing guest information, scheduling test drives, and identifying high‑intent buyers.
- Provide the highest level of customer service to all current and future owners.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to meet business needs.
- 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
- Passion for the Tesla mission and innovation in personal transportation. Keep up with EV industry trends and local incentives.
- Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts.
- Strong sense of teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- For roles in the following states, a Motor Vehicle Salesperson License or Notary license may be required: CA, CO, HI, , MD, MS, NV, NC, OH, PA, TN, UT, VA, DC, AZ, GA, IA, IN, NJ, NM, NY, VT, WA.
