We’re looking for an Outside Sales Representative who can hit the ground running, build strong relationships, and drive growth across the DC/Northern VA territory
.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, wholesalers, engineers, and building owners.
• Identify and qualify prospects, manage your sales pipeline, and achieve sales goals.
• Deliver consultative, solution‑based sales and an exceptional customer experience.
• Stay current on products and market trends through ongoing training and workshops.
• Travel with factory partners to customer sites to build and maintain relationships.
• Work from our Hanover, MD office twice a month to collaborate with your team.

• 2–5 years of sales experience (commercial or industrial sales a plus)
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills
• A results‑driven mindset and passion for providing top‑tier customer service
