Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Residency Program - Hybrid
About Blackbird
Blackbird Health is clinician‑founded, owned, and operated by dedicated professionals. We provide virtual and in‑person mental health services for children and young adults in Pennsylvania, Virginia, and New Jersey, with plans to expand to new states in 2026. Services include comprehensive evaluations, assessments, medication management, and a full range of therapy services.
Clinicians take the time to understand the root causes of a child’s challenges and create precise care plans that address underlying conditions rather than simply managing symptoms. Our whole‑child model excels at identifying overlapping factors affecting nearly nine out of ten young people who need support.
Join a collaborative, innovative community where we encourage and support professional and personal growth. Help change mental‑health care for children for the better.
