Prime Source Technologies (PST) is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior (expert level) ".NET Core" Developer to design, develop, and optimize modern, high-performance, and scalable enterprise applications. This role requires deep technical expertise in .NET Core and related Microsoft technologies, along with strong knowledge of cloud-native development, modern front-end frameworks, microservices, and Dev Ops practices. The job location is in Northern Virginia (Initially 3 days' work from the office).

The Senior .NET Core Developer will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Architects, Testers, and UI/UX designers to deliver cutting-edge solutions using the latest technologies and best practices.

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure applications using C#, ASP.NET Core (.NET 8+) Blazor and Razor Pages

Design and implement RESTful APIs and Graph

QL endpoints for cross-platform integration.

Build microservices-based applications with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Implement clean architecture principles and domain-driven design (DDD).

Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.

Collaborate with UI teams building responsive and dynamic interfaces using Blazor.

Maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub Actions.

Ensure high-quality code via unit testing, integration testing, and automated test frameworks. Ø Apply secure coding practices (OWASP guidelines, authentication & authorization with Identity Server or Azure AD).

Write architecture and design documents as needed.

Mentor junior developers and participate in peer code reviews.

Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

10+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in .NET Core in a large, enterprise project

Expert in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and LINQ.

Experience in microservices architecture and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).

Hands-on and extensive experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).

Proficiency in SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, performance tuning).

Experience with message brokers (Azure Service Bus, Rabbit

MQ, Kafka).

Extensive experience with front-end frameworks (Blazor/Razor).

Experience with Dev Ops and CI/CD workflows.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience with AI/ML integration in .NET applications.

Experience with event-driven architecture and CQRS pattern.

Experience with ArcGIS or GIS-based systems.

Experience with Angular or React

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields

Microsoft certification, Cloud and AI certification is highly desired
