ITCON Services is looking for a bright, motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. The Senior Full Stack Java Developer position will be a 100% hands‑on role and will support both company and project team endeavors. The Senior Full Stack Java Developer will participate in the full life cycle of agile projects by designing and developing user interfaces and backend code for applications.

The developer will need to be skilled in conducting unit testing to ensure high quality bug‑free code. Additional duties include decomposing business and system architecture to support clean‑interface multi‑team development. The Senior Full Stack Java Developer will need to have a strong understanding of the business problem statement, user stories, and technical constraints.

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a diverse environment and be able to multitask many work streams s associate will mentor junior staff and have been able to take 100% ownership of tasks assigned.

• Federal financial payment system experience
• Bachelor's degree and ten (10) years of relevant work experience, Bachelor's degree and eight (8) years of relevant work experience, or fifteen (15) years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience of development with J2EE, JavaScript, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Java Development Kit, Apache HTTP Server, JSP, Oracle, jQuery, Bootstrap, Windows Server, Microsoft Azure and AWS Cloud services, Site Minder, Web Sphere, Maven, Git/Bitbucket, J2EE security
• Minimum of four (4-6) years of design and development experience with React or Angular
• Minimum of four (4-6) years of experience with the following frameworks/technologies: JPA/Hibernate, SOA and web service technologies, Spring framework, and web development (HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and Custom Tags)
• Strong Oracle database expertise including SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning.
• Experience defining Cloud architecture, developing and migrating applications to Azure or AWS
• Experience in creating design/technical documentation
• Experience in different application servers
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and tools (such as JIRA)
• Extensive knowledge of SOA principles, design patterns, application and integration architectures.
• Extensive experience in Object Relational Mapping technologies like JPA/Hibernate in web Service technologies
• Experience with Connect Direct for file transfers
• Experience developing batch jobs for large volume and integration with treasury payment systems
• Hands‑on experience with RESTful APIs and ideally Graph

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Open Shift).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or Git Lab CI/CD
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud Formation)
• Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, Selenium).
• Exposure to code quality tools (Sonar Qube).

• Cloud developer certified
• Microservices design and deployment using Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
