Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted and repeatedly throughout the workday. Physical requirements include frequent walking, demonstrating and assisting with exercise, throwing, lifting, bending, stretching, pushing and pulling.

• Excellent leadership and verbal communication skills
• Experience playing collegiate or professional baseball
• Experience coaching baseball at the high school or collegiate level
• A history of independent learning
• Creative solutions to unique training limitations
