Perfect Performance NOVA is the number one sports performance training company focused on athlete development and advocacy in the DMV. We offer the best sports performance training platform to include: sleep, nutrition, sports psychology, strength, speed, agility and conditioning. Additionally, we offer the best sports experiences through our club teams, leagues, camps and events. Our purpose is to develop athletes for their next level of competition.
Our mission is to develop our athletes leveraging our expertise and experience in sports performance, position and sport specific skills, techniques and game acumen. Our vision is that every athlete that we work with has the opportunity to play college and/or professional sports.

- Manage all leads in the company CRM
- Execute the company sales strategy and process to convert leads to clients
- Engage with all new clients to ensure they are onboarded properly
- Respond to all phone calls and emails from clients
- Schedule evaluations and facility tours for all new clients
- Make outbound sales calls to other sports focused organizations for partnership and joint venture opportunities
- Secure sponsor ships for all sports business assets to include facilities, leagues and club teams.
- Confident to speak candidly, assume roles and tasks, and then report back on what happened as well as its impact
- Able to make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment and own the results
- Goal-oriented and organized leadership
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capable in both a leadership and team-player role
- Strong aptitude for numbers and financial reports
- In-depth understanding of the company and its position in the industry
- Bachelor’s or Associate's degree
- Working knowledge of various computer programs (experience with Google Apps for business preferred)
- Working knowledge of CRMs and project management tools
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills with good interpersonal skills and communication with all stakeholders
- Able to work remotely while having the ability to meet in person as needed
