We are looking to hire an energetic and fun‑loving Soccer Coach! (no prior soccer experience required). The Coach will lead children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper, or leader) and enjoys working with kids. This position is excellent for someone interested in pursuing early childhood education or child development.

New Coaches can work 5‑25 classes a week and earn from $18 per hour up to $35 per hour.

Location: Classes are held at schools, daycares, pre‑schools, parks, and recreational centers across NOVA. Coaches may need to travel up to an hour to reach a class location.

• High school diploma with some college (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
• Availability on most Monday‑Saturday mornings and/or afternoons.
• Physical activity, punctuality, and organization skills.
• Ability to work with children ranging from 18 months to 15 years old.
• Demonstrated integrity, doing what’s right even when nobody is looking.
