Hire Art is helping our client find an Operations Support Associate to join its designated market team. In this role, you’ll provide on-site operational support at the assigned facility, ensuring efficient customer service and vehicle readiness. The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, and comfortable delivering hands‑on support in a fast‑paced environment.

Schedule

• 7 hours per day, 4 days per week, with a 30‑minute unpaid break per shift
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with the rental process, including check‑in, vehicle assignment, and rental return.
• Prepare rental vehicles for drivers, including fueling, cleaning, installing telematics and license plates, and conducting vehicle inspections.
• Manage and organize vehicle compliance documents.

Operational Support

• Organize the vehicle lot and coordinate vehicle transportation.
• Complete daily rental operations tasks.
• Report vehicle issues, program challenges, and bugs to the designated point of contact.

Standards And Communication

• Maintain the company’s service standards when interacting with drivers.
• Communicate effectively with on‑site staff and remote support teams.
• Provide clear, concise updates and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in an in‑person customer service role (e.g., retail, technical support, hospitality)
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license; satisfactory driving record; insurable under the company’s policy
• Familiarity with the local market area
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve problems effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to maintain patience, de‑escalate situations, and work effectively in a team
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Ability to handle prolonged standing and walking

Commitment This is a full‑time, 6‑week contract position (with the possibility of extension) staffed via Hire Art. This role is onsite and available to candidates local to the Vienna, VA area.
