Senior ServiceNow Security Engineer

Senior-level role focused on Service Now Security Operations in Vienna, VA with onsite collaboration across security, IT, and operations.

• Design and implement Service Now Security Operations capabilities, including data models, workflows, access controls, and application configuration
• Configure and manage Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance modules, including:
  • Onboarding sources
  • Setting assignment rules
  • Managing remediation tasks
• Integrate Service Now with vulnerability scanners and third-party tools, ensuring accurate data mapping and robust error handling
• Build automation using Flow Designer
  , Integration Hub
  , and APIs to support routing, approvals, escalations, and remediation verification
• Partner with security, IT, and operations teams to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and align configurations with business risk and remediation strategy

• 4-8 years of Service Now administration, development, or platform experience
• 3+ years implementing Service Now Security Operations or Vulnerability Response
• Experience with vulnerability management lifecycle activities, including scan
