IT Project Manager, Systems Engineer, Cybersecurity, Systems Analyst
Responsible for delivering complex technology projects that align with enterprise IT strategy and compliance requirements. Leads cross-functional technical teams and manages vendor relationships to ensure successful execution. Applies advanced project management methodologies to manage risk, track performance, and ensure delivery quality. Mentors junior project managers and contributes to the improvement of project delivery tools and frameworks.
Responsibilities- Lead complex technical projects that deliver enterprise-scale solutions and support strategic technology initiatives
- Develop and execute project roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans aligned with technical and business goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with architecture, engineering, and delivery expectations
- Apply technical project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, SAFe, SDLC) and governance practices to ensure consistent execution
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, issues, and interdependencies across work streams
- Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure technical feasibility and solution integrity
- Provide project updates and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security policies, and governance standards
- Act as a point of escalation for technical delivery challenges and facilitate resolution
- Mentor technical project managers and junior team members to build delivery capability and technical proficiency
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with enabling functions to support business readiness and operational alignment
- Support initiative planning and contribute to project prioritization and resource planning
- Represent technical project management in cross-functional and technical planning forums
- May perform other duties as assigned
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
- Professional Certifications (e.g., CAPM, CSM, PMP, PMI- ACP, PgMP, SAFe Practitioner, ITIL, or Cloud (AWS/Azure) certifications).
- Experience with enterprise portfolio planning and budgeting.
- Familiarity with financial services operating models, including brokerage, registered investment advisory (RIA), and/or financial planning environments, with the ability to apply that understanding to Navy Federal Financial Group's integrated service model.
