You will configure, migrate, and integrate HCM systems, collaborate with payroll/time and labor stakeholders, and lead small projects within a cloud-first framework.
Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of experience in Payroll/Time and Labor, strong SaaS tool knowledge (Oracle HCM, VBS/VBCS, AI chatbots), and proven ability to work independently
