• Providing 1:1 care for clients following the client’s plan of care at all times while maintaining dignity and independence.
• Administering medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed.
• Accurately documenting nursing actions and communicating with family, case manager, and physicians.
• Coordinating or ordering supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate amounts are on hand.
• Ensuring all patient needs are met in accordance with physician instructions.

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance.
• CPR professional certification.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.
• Home health care experience preferred.

Adoration Home Health and Hospice, an affiliate of Bright Spring Health Services, provides quality and compassionate services in the comfort of home, supporting patients, families, and caregivers in their time of need.

The successful candidate will initially be employed by Amedisys until January 1, 2026, after which employment will be transferred to Adoration Home Health / Bright Spring Health Services.

$85,000.00–$90,000.00 (in Vienna, WV)
